Yaz Bukey

I define myself as a Newtonian woman: very dark and very sexy but in technicolor. My style has evolved. Since I was little I always wanted to be different from others, it was my obsession. I would buy hairspray colors, put holes in my ears. Anything crazy, I would do it. Now, this is the tempered version. I went to a fashion school in Paris called Studio Berçot. I was a teacher there after graduating–I was the crazy teacher that all the students loved. There was a time when I turned up to school in a big Galliano jacket and just panties on, just to open their eyes and to give them the power of fashion." -- Yaz Bukey to Shop Ghost
